This beautiful property in Estero, Florida has 84 units in 22 buildings, which were damaged by Hurricane Irma. They filed a claim with their insurance carrier AMCAP right after the storm, but it was denied. With the help of SFR, a settlement of $3.1M was obtained, which allowed them to fully restore the property to pre-storm condition.
Sago Pointe, located in Bonita Springs, Florida, is a condominium complex complex consisting of thirteen buildings and a clubhouse. The original Hurricane Irma damage claim filed by the condo association was denied by their insurance carrier AMCAP. SFR Services helped them recover a $2.5M settlement to restore the property.
Eagle Ridge Lakes is a development with approximately 400 single family homes and 200 condominiums, divided into three phases, all of which sustained substantial damage from Hurricane Irma. The original claim was underpaid by the carrier. With the help of SFR, a $7M settlement was obtained allowing the property to be fully restored.
