SFR had the pleasure of handling the claim under an Assignment of Benefits and working with the carrier on an amicable solution.  SFR was referred to this community by a property manager that has trusted SFR in the past and seen our successful results.  The association was originally denied coverage by the carrier stating the damage on the roof was wear and tear.
 
SFR pursued litigation against the carrier but thankfully before this case saw a courtroom both sides came together in a mediation which resulted in full roof replacements for the community.  SFR completed the repairs and the community is thrilled to have their property back to its pre-storm condition.
