This property is located in Sarasota inside the Perico Bay Association.  Hurricane Irma didn’t just damage Lee and Collier County properties but extended far up the Western Coast of Florida past where the eye hit.  Like many, this association did not know they had sustained enough damage to warrant full roof replacements, but were extremely lucky to engage SFR to help with the claims process.  This would’ve been an opportunity missed for the association to get what they were rightfully owed under the policy.
 
SFR presented the claim to the carrier for full roof replacements, flat roof replacements, and resetting the AC systems.  After a year of back and forth, the carrier finally settled the claim and all restoration work was completed at the property.
