50 Buildings

Portofino is a residential development with approximately 50 buildings in a multi-family complex. Because of the unique composition of the development, there was one insurance carrier for the community and a separate carrier for the clubhouse.   

 

After approximately a year of discussions, SFR proved to the carrier that the association had substantial hurricane damage and the roofs were agreed to be fully replaced. Cutting through the miles of red tape with the insurance carrier was not easy, but we were able to provide the association with peace of mind that their property would finally be restored.
