The claim for the extensive storm damage to this exclusive condo complex in Bonita Springs, Florida was originally denied by ICAT surplus lines carriers.

Wisteria Pointe was one of the first commercial property restorations handled by SFR Services in relation to Hurricane Irma. Because of the great success we achieved for our client, it has become one of our greatest referral sources for future large claims. 

Resolving this claim for the Wisteria Pointe Condo Association took four solid months of intense, and diligent discussions with their insurance carrier to arrive at an equitable settlement to restore the property to pre-storm condition.

During this time, SFR spent thousands of dollars on mitigation measures to secure the roofing systems and prevent further property damage, while we worked to obtain payment of the claim from the insurance carrier.
