Eagle Ridge Lakes 

Eagle Ridge Lakes is a residential development with approximately 150 multi-family units, divided into three phases, all of which sustained substantial damage from Hurricane Irma. 

Because of the unique composition of the development, there were four insurance carriers involved. One of the condo associations filed a claim with their insurance carrier, which was extremely underpaid. They, and the other three homeowners associations in the development, turned to SFR Services to help. 

After inspecting the properties and finding even more hidden damage than initially reported by the carrier’s adjuster, we secured the structures to prevent further damage, then prepared our own report, estimate and scope of work. 

We helped Eagle Ridge parts 2 and 3 settle their claims and begin restoration within a year of signing with us. Eagle Ridge 1 was settled within two years.
